How delivery works

From your list to plants on site

01

Send your list and address

Plant types and quantities, or just describe the project. Photos of access — gates, drives, turning space — help us plan the drop.

02

We confirm and quote

Availability checked against the rows, then plants and delivery quoted together.

03

Scheduled to your date

We deliver when you are ready to plant, not a week before.

04

Delivery only, or planted too

Add planting or full installation to the same booking.

Across the county

One county, several different climates

Miami-Dade is not uniform. A plant list that works in Doral can struggle in Cutler Bay, and the reasons are worth understanding before choosing anything.

Distance from the water is the largest single variable. Coastal and canal-front properties in Cutler Bay, Palmetto Bay and the eastern edge of the county take genuine salt-laden wind, which burns foliage on the exposed side and narrows the palette considerably. Inland areas — Doral, Kendall, Homestead — do not have that constraint at all.

Tree canopy is the second. Established areas such as Pinecrest, Coral Gables and South Miami sit under decades of mature growth, which means shade, root competition and a completely different understorey palette. Newer development in Doral and parts of Cutler Bay has almost none, so planting happens in full unrelieved sun.

Soil varies more than people expect. Agricultural ground in Homestead and Florida City behaves differently from compacted builder’s fill on a newer Doral lot, which behaves differently again from forty years of accumulated leaf litter in an established South Miami garden. The underlying limestone and high pH are constant; what sits on top of it is not.

Exposure and regulation complete the picture. Open lots in Homestead and Florida City deal with wind that sheltered suburban gardens never see. Coral Gables and the villages operate landscape and tree ordinances that shape what can be planted and removed. Both change the specification before any plant is chosen.

Service area questions

Delivery and coverage

What areas do you deliver to?
Miami-Dade County from the nursery in the southwest — Homestead, Kendall, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, Coral Gables, Doral, South Miami, Florida City, Redland and surrounding areas.
How is delivery priced?
On distance, load size and access rather than a flat rate, because all three genuinely change the job. Send the address and the plant list and we will quote it accurately.
Does my location change what I should plant?
Considerably. Distance from the water determines whether salt tolerance matters, existing canopy determines light, and soil varies from agricultural ground to compacted fill across the county.
Do you install as well as deliver?
Yes. Planting and full installation are available across the service area, including layout, correct depth and spacing, mulch and a written aftercare schedule.
Can you handle long boundary runs on large properties?
Yes, and phasing them across several deliveries is straightforward. Matched grading from a single batch matters most on long runs, which is something a grower can do and a reseller generally cannot.
