Plant availability and pricing
We sell living plants. Availability changes with the season and with growing conditions, and species shown on this site may not be in stock at the moment you visit. Sizes, growth rates and mature dimensions given anywhere on this site are typical figures for South Florida and are not guarantees of individual plant performance. Prices are subject to change without notice; a written quotation is valid for the period stated on it.
Delivery
Delivery is available across Miami-Dade County subject to distance, load size and access. You are responsible for safe and legal access to the delivery point and for identifying obstacles such as narrow gates, low branches, soft ground or overhead lines in advance. Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by weather.
Living goods
Plant survival depends heavily on planting, watering, soil and ongoing care after the plants leave our nursery. Any guarantee we offer is set out at the point of sale and on your invoice, and does not extend to loss caused by improper planting, insufficient or excessive watering, neglect, pests, storms or other conditions outside our control.
Services
Planting and installation services are provided under the scope and terms set out in your written quotation, which takes precedence over anything on this website.

Limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Green Nursery LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site.
